We will then send you extra details and a payment link to secure your space.

The final payment is due 8 weeks before travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your deposit is paid this secures your place and is non-refundable unless you OR we manage to refill your space on the retreat in which case we would be happy to return this deposit to you.
2 months before travel 100% fee must be paid to keep your space, once paid this is non-refundable unless again the space is refilled.

If the fee is not paid by 30th April your place will be offered to somebody else.

HOW TO GET THERE
The closest airport is Toulouse–Blagnac Airport (TLS). If you provide us with your travel details in advance we can help you arrange transfers from the airport or Toulouse train station and where possible we can try group people together to share transfer costs.
